    It is important that your entire staff be proficient at using the Elexio content management tools. FREE help sessions are provided each week to cover the basics of the content management tools (i.e. control panel, pages, files, calendars, etc.). You are encouraged to sign up as many staff members as you like and as often as you like. Registration for these basic help sessions can be done at www.myelexio.com (the Elexio client extranet). These sessions are extremely valuable for those who have been newly assigned to manage your website tasks, new hires, or simply as a refresher. If you, anyone on your staff, or volunteer(s) falls into these categories, have them join in on one of the remote help sessions - FREE of charge. Now you and your ministry will always have a FREE way to get help for anyone you need and begin to utilize your content managed website to the fullest. (For Question & Answer help sessions or Advanced Help sessions you can buy additional blocks of time.)

    Content management systems (CMS) usually have written help; however, most people learn better by watching and then trying it themselves. That’s why Elexio provides written help – but more importantly video help 24/7. There are 47+ one to three minute videos. For example, there are videos on how to login to the CMS tools, how to create your website menu, how to create a webpage, how to edit a webpage, how to create a link on a page, how to insert a picture on a page, how to enter events in your calendar, plus many more.

    Anytime day or night, when you have a question, you search the extranet knowledge base which contains hundreds of answers to commonly asked questions. If you have an uncommon question, then you submit a support request. Monday through Friday 9-5pm a person on our staff personally directs your request to the person on our client service team that is the best suited to help you. Our entire team of staff members use the extranet to respond to you and all the interaction is stored on your account. The next time you need help, our staff has your account history at their fingertips.
