An event calendar is a database driven calendar where you enter events and categorize them. You can create an unlimited number of event categories. For example, you can make categories for worship, youth, men’s ministry, and all your ministries. Then you can choose to display a calendar in one of three views: regular, large, or list. When visitors look at your calendar they can view all events or select a category and only look at events that relate to that category.  It is very easy to enter events and then the webpage that displays your calendar looks like a pro designed it.

The Page Approval System uses editors and publishers. With permission, an editor may work on a page, but only a publisher may make that page viewable to the public. Our Page Editing Approval System allows the administrator of the site to easily set up multiple publishers to approve the work of certain editors. Editors may make changes and save their work, but it won’t “go live” until a publisher approves it. An example might be youth that work on the site. You may want to approve the content or maybe at least check their spelling. It’s a great safeguard for the content of your website.

Page Archive and Version Rollback allows the database of your website to hold in memory the last 5 revisions of every page on your site for every editor of that page. If you have 5 people that can work on a certain page, over time, the database will hold 25 different revisions of that page in memory. If a page comes up for review, you can simply “go back” to the way the page looked at a previous date, and you won’t have to try to remember how it was and re-create it. This can be a big time saver and a wonderful built in archive.

Note: This access is only available when a custom design package is purchased.
