The multimedia center is a central place where all your audio and video messages are categorized and coordinated with your PowerPoint presentations, outline notes, and various other documents. Included, is a search tool for finding series messages by title, and your search results can be grouped by date, series, speaker, and topic. Your audio and videos are presented interactively through a built-in MP3 player and video player.
How the Files Are Stored
Each message, along with its corresponding audio, video, notes, outlines, and any other material for that message is stored in a series folder. Each series or message can have a title, description, topic, bible reference(s), and image associated with it. You can even set a message to be featured so users will be alerted to particular messages and can go directly to them. Users can vote for a favorite message and the Top 5 are listed in the Top 5 area. Newly added messages are also announced to users in the Recently Added area.
