1. Initial Discovery
An initial online, e-mail, or teleconference discovery process with the Incline Network team to identify client vision, mission, goals, and objectives as well as establish the purpose and intended audiences for client website.
2. Comprehensive Analysis
This analysis would include a thorough review of the current client website including look, feel, navigation, role of e-commerce solutions, target audience demographics, and purpose of client web presence. An evaluation of current web metrics along with ROI of online promotion strategies would be conducted. A review of community segmentation and appraisal of client identity and projected image from a promotion and web perspective would round out the web team's preliminary investigation.
3. Proposed Recommendations
From the data collected during our analysis, the web team would then create a concise, written plan to improve client web presence in coordination with their stated Internet goals and objectives. This plan would include specific action items that are targeted to capture constituents/consumers and assist with creation of overall time-line with benchmarks to measure ongoing progress. The Incline Network team would then work with the client to set measurable, objective, result-oriented metrics.
4. Solution Implementation
Once the proposed recommendations are approved by the client, the Incline Network team would then be available to assist and review a meaningful action plan. Additional implementation services can be discussed at this time should the client wish the Incline Network team oversee the actual overhaul of the client website.
5. On-Site Consultation
During the consulting process the Incline Network team would work directly with the client to schedule a mutually convenient time to travel to the client's location for a two-day, one-night in-person consultation time. This meeting will be with a client determined group of leaders and web managers, or other necessary parties to discuss the written analysis and recommendations of the Incline Network team. Consultation will include time to work with the client to establish a meaningful action plan, effective benchmarks, and appropriate time-line for solutions implementation. This meeting would ideally fall after the written plan and before the solution implementation phase.
