The partnership we have with Elexio is fantastic. They are always willing to help and are responsive to our needs. The products are very intuitive to use and take the worry and stress out of our website and database management. The reports and processes have helped us gain a better understanding of where our congregation is spiritually. They have also helped us to challenge individuals to take their next steps to grow closer to Jesus. On a side note I recently heard about a church that lost their entire database (including giving records) because they forgot to back it up. We are very pleased with the ministry tools Elexio has provided to our church. Due to its complexity, our previous church management software solution was basically an expensive Rolodex. While capable of many tasks, the difficulty and design of the user interface pretty much negated any benefits that the average, every day staff user needed. Elexio's Amp tools have made these daily tasks and our ministry follow-up so much easier. We also love the look, feel, design, and user friendliness of our Elexio website. Amp Fusion is the backbone of our assimilation and communication systems. Our whole staff uses it. We couldn't do what we do without it. The Kiosk feature is the best thing we've done for our children's ministry.

The first time I saw anything from or about Elexio was at a Pastor's Conference in Jacksonville, FL. After speaking with a representative of Elexio, I contacted them and learned even more of their ability to help bring our website into the 21st century. The process was extremely simple, they offer video, or hard copy instructions and have bi-weekly phone or video conferencing personalized training. It seems every day they are improving their products such as "Fusion - Church Management Program." Our church has been a partner for several years and we look forward to continuing to enhance our web based information systems for years to come, and Elexio is the five star rated company we intend on utilizing for that goal.
At first I felt overwhelmed by what Elexio and their Amp Fusion software we are using at the church, but it didn't take long for me to understand the software and use it exactly for what we desired as a church. Sharing information has never been easier, mass emails are done with one click, and websites are changed with easy to do steps. I love our website, I love the simplicity of creating links from within and without our site, and I love how much time I don't have to spend making Elexio's products work for me. As a database professional and IT assistant to the church, I was asked to closely scrutinize Amp Fusion after some issues with our previous database application. I was very impressed with the attention to essential database design practices. Fusion is designed in a manner that facilitates organized data access, without data anomalies we previously experienced.
I'm the Youth/Children's pastor at our church and I needed a contact phone number for a Youth and because of the AMP app I was able to pull up that info from my phone and contact the parents right then and there. AMP/Elexio provides some great services for us as a church staff to keep in contact with people at our church. In the future I would really like to start to utilize there AMP Touch check-in system.

We spent time with the Amp Fusion tech support team today, fixing issues of our own making. They not only knew Amp Fusion inside and out, but (equally importantly) addressed our many questions with patience, good humor, and professionalism. All tech support should be this good.
We have been with Elexio for over 3 years and are VERY pleased with them as a ministry partner. Our initial partnership included a custom animated logo and a custom website. We feel we received and are still getting considerably more than “our money’s worth” from Elexio. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Some of the reasons we love them are: Extremely simplistic to maintain and keep up to date; very easy-to-use content management system (even for a novices), GREAT designers, very creative, cooperative, helpful and patient. One word of advice if you’re considering Elexio -- don’t be afraid to ask “for the moon.” We asked for A LOT during the design process and they delivered! Of course, there were some minor things we asked for that were basically technologically impossible (they were only possible in my head :)) but Elexio far exceeded our expectations on all our requests. We looked at a gazillion websites and made notes of all of the features and attributes we liked the best. It was a relatively long list and involved a lot of minutiae but Elexio was great to incorporate everything we wanted, in some form or fashion, and then pull it all together to look good and work well. And, it doesn’t hurt that they are solid believers . . . always helps to be working alongside brothers and sisters in Christ.
