New Year, New Feature Announcement: Giving Reports & Blended Family Relationships are here!

January 16th 2020

Happy New Year, church leaders! 2019 ended with a flurry of feature releases, but we’re not stopping there. We’re so excited to kick off 2020 with some new ministry-focused features developed to help your church serve. We understand that software should be a supportive solution, not a burden. That’s why we focus on the features that will help you the most. We hope you find these helpful and would love your feedback.

Reminder: one of the best ways to stay informed about how your ministry can benefit from our feature releases is to sign up for our Release Details Webinar, which happens the second Tuesday of every month.

And now, without further ado, here’s what’s new this month:

New Giving Reports

Individual Summary Report

This summary report shows individual giving and enables pattern recognition, such as increases or breaks over months, quarters, or years.

Giving Detail Report

Experience a dramatically different giving report which includes all contribution details with easy filters and the added ability to show or hide columns, including envelope number, contact details, and more.

How your ministry can use these reports

Your new, deeper insights into giving habits will allow you to make important ministry decisions and care for the individuals who support your church.

Blended Family Relationships

How it works

You’ll be able to add family relationship details to any individual, including listing them as a part of another family in the directory and profile, listing them with more than one family for check-in, and including or excluding an individual from parental communications.

How your ministry can use Blended Family Relationships

Your children’s ministry leaders will be able to easily track complex relationships and communicate appropriately to parents and guardians. For instance, the new feature will allow for proper documentation if a child belongs to multiple families. Communication preferences (who receives emails, calls, etc.) can be set, and check-in can be seamless. Using a more flexible system means more connection and less miscommunication.

Coming Soon

Glance Custom Profile Icons

You’ll be able to add configurable icons, badges, and simple graphs to a person’s profile for quick reference of key information.

Individual Attendance

You’ll be able to spot attendance trends and keep people from falling through the cracks by viewing weekly attendance across groups for any group of people.

My Reports Page & Saved Reports

Save the time of re-creating routine reports every week and equip your team with the shared reports they need. My Reports will give easy access to all of the reports you use most often.
